So really excited to have everyone join us this morning. I'm gonna wait about one more minute, then we're just gonna kick off. We got a lot to talk about today. Thirty minute talk with fifteen minutes left for questions at the end here. So, you know, feel free to leave any questions that you want me to get to here in the chat. I'll make sure I'll get to as many as we have time for. Alright. It's 10AM my time in San Antonio, Texas. So we're just gonna wait another minute here, get some more folks in here. Cool. We got few people joining us today. Some really interesting titles. It's really cool. If you guys wanna put in the chat your LinkedIn, anything like that, you know, we can all connect. These are what, you know, government contracting events are all about. Right? Connecting, meeting each other, and learning about, you know, what we each do here. So feel free to do that. And a little bit, Sam is also gonna be, putting in a link to a report that I'm gonna be referencing a lot today. If you guys haven't heard about it already, it is winning the 2026 pipeline, and it is a report I put out through GovDash, a few weeks ago. And, you know, it's a really detailed look into all different types of topics, agencies, what happened, you know, last year and this year, what's gonna happen in the next five years. Really detailed overlook at every single agency, subagency, every single vehicle out there, all the best in class, AI, tech, cloud, cybersecurity, and, you know, at the end, just giving you a really great go to market strategy for how to use everything I'm talking about in this report, for capture and growth. And, yeah, another reminder, this webinar is gonna be recorded, so we will share that with you guys at the very end here. Alright. So I'm just gonna get started. It's 10:02 my time. Alright. So, again, good morning, guys. My name is Brittany Winkler, and we're gonna be getting started with competing on Oasis plus, GovCon strategies for twenty twenty six wins. And, you know, the goal today is just, you know, talking about how to position yourself, whether you're a large business, a small business, someone looking to break into GovCon, you know, how to find that success under the most critical professional services vehicle out there right now. Alright. And, again, if you guys don't know who I am, you know, I do these webinars, regularly. My name is Brittany Winkler. I'm the senior go to market manager here at GovDash. And, you know, I do a lot of data, data driven strategies. I write, you know, all the reports you see. I manage the newsletter that we have through GovDash. A lot of the GovCon, you know, SME work behind a lot of that. Also working with the go to market team. So a lot to do here and a lot to talk about today. Alright. So the agenda, where are we going right now? What are we gonna get out of this talk? So why OASIS Plus is defining 2026? We're gonna talk about scoring, on wraps, and makes alignment. We're also gonna talk about teaming strategies that drive score and visibility. We're also gonna talk about compliance as a competitive edge and, you know, really, what does that mean for you? And then I'm gonna leave you with a 2026 action plan that you can start using today, quarter by quarter, planning out the next years to come, just really being, you know, around Oasis plus, what is happening, early what happened earlier this year, what's happening today, and what's gonna happen in the future with it. Right? Being one of those large vehicles, best in class vehicles. Alright. So, again, thirty minutes of insights here. We're gonna have fifteen minutes for q and a. So make sure, you know, if you have any questions as, you know, I'm speaking, showing the report and everything like that, just put any questions you have in the chat here and also download the report. You can follow along, you know, as we're covering OASIS plus within the report here. And it's also just seen I'm gonna leave you with some additional insights that I think would, you know, benefit everyone here, as I'm going through this walk through today. Alright. So diving right in today, why Oasis plus is defining 2026? That's a huge statement, and I wouldn't say that if I didn't think it was true. Right? So here's why OASIS Plus matters right now. 2026 marks the first full year of live task orders under this vehicle, and the GSA has already moved from planning to execution. And we saw this happen, you know, in August, September, and October, just a few months ago. Right? So as of fall right now, we're in November 12, the 2026. Over a 100 small businesses have been issued awards under Oasis plus, totaling, you know, just over $200,000,000 in obligations already. These early adopters know when I'm looking at the list of awardees that have already won under all the different pools. Right? And, again, you know, there's the women all smith business pool, the services save disabled on small business, HUBZone, AA, unrestricted. There's a pool out there for everyone. And when I'm looking at, you know, who the early adopters are, they include a lot of FEDSIV. It's gonna be your DHS, your Coast Guard, your CBP, but also a lot of DOD VA, and health services. You know, it it really has a place for everyone here, the, early adopters, especially those that won, you know, previously in October and September, they really branch out into those top three. Right? DOD, FEDSIV, and health. And, you know, major awards were dropping September 17, to be specific, and those were all the small business pools. So we're gonna talk a little bit more about who those winners were, what it looks like, and what it means for you. Right? That's all we care about to know right now. So jumping into here, you know, all these tables I'm gonna be referencing today, these are all pulled straight from my report. So, you know, if you see something of interest, you know, the the tables are in the report. You can go read a little bit more about, the data methodology behind it and also just more initial, insights. You know? I include a lot of different things in there. So this one right here, you know, it's just a table showing you some top agencies, what their 2026 budget for prime and subcontracting obligations are, and what the percentage of that changed from last year. So, you know, when you're looking at this, you got some green positive numbers. You got some pretty hefty negative numbers. You know, I I always like to start off with what is happening in the market right now with just, you know, basic agencies, the top ones that I know a lot of our customers at GovDash are, but also, you know, prospects and majority of people out here right now, you know, do cover DOD, FedSIP, and health. So, you know, really great insights here, and that's always where you wanna start. Right? What is happening in the market? Where is the demand? Who is consolidating services? But the biggest takeaway here, right, is agencies aren't cover cutting services. They're concentrating them. There's a lot of, you know, inflation and oversight pressure, but, specifically, OASIS Plus is acting as a control mechanism. Right? There's gonna be bigger task orders, fewer protests, and live performance data, and I'm gonna detail all that in, just a little bit here. So, you know, within 2026, my report, I'm projecting that by 2028, 70% of all professional services, those obligations will flow in some shape or form through OASIS Plus. Right? Whether it's a prime contract, a subcontracting opportunity. But I'm predicting, you know, Oasis Plus is gonna be one of those top best in class vehicles that, you know, whether you're a large or small business, it's very important to be part of this today. Alright. Oasis plus by the numbers. This is also a snapshot from my report itself, and I'll, you know, look at these awardee lists here in a second. But, you know, really important, Oasis plus, there's no ceiling. Right? You know, this contract vehicle last year has been billions of dollars. There's a lot of room for growth, not only for large businesses. You can see this unrestricted pool, but also for, you know, these right here as well. All different kinds of small businesses, I think, you know, this was really resonating with everyone. Right? Whether what kind of business are you? I mean, there's something for everyone here. Right? And the most important thing, you know, with this is phase two is happening right now, and it's expanding professional domains for firms already positioned. And we'll talk about, you know, what exactly does that mean to be already positioned in a second here. But, you know, right now, readiness separates contenders from observers. And if your system certificates and documentation aren't aligned today, automation will filter you out before, you know, a contracting officer even looks at your proposal. You know, it's a new wave of, how the GSA is, you know, looking at certifications, documentation proposals, and how it's, you know, auto generating before someone even looks at it, you know, a real person. And we'll talk about that in a second too. But, you know, it's really important to be mindful of, you know, what agency you're looking at behind who is behind this vehicle. It's the GSA. And you always wanna be mindful of, you know, how they're looking at, everything that goes into a proposal, everything that goes into your market intel, to be in the best position, especially right now with phase two. I mean, they've already awarded, you know, a first pool of awardees. So, you know, you just wanna be mindful when those next awards drop. And we're, you know, anticipating awards to be dropped, you know, anytime November, December, but definitely coming next January and the following. Alright. So I, you know, made pretty big statement at the beginning here. I said Oasis plus is going to dominate this 2026 season. And, you know, there's huge drivers. Right? I mean, I mentioned you already, DOD, Feds of Health. These are, you know, the agencies that are leading this migration from legacy IDIQs. And we're gonna be seeing a lot of movement. Right? You know, IDIQs and contracts, prime, subcontrary, opt opportunities, you know, those are all gonna be moving into Oasis plus just because, you know, the GSA is streamlining a lot of these opportunities from the past. So, you know, phase one op onboarding wraps up soon. We're already in phase two. It's ramping up right now. You know, got some information about what that means for you, speed and readiness. Right? That's gonna be driving visibility. And unaligned vendors will be missing this window. You know, the Oasis plus is you know, although it has something for everyone here, it it really takes, you know, time and effort and, you know, market intel, capture strategy, defining, connecting, winning, all those things to get you into the door, and staying, you know, on this vehicle. So, you know, as I mentioned again, you know, phase two is already happening. G the GSA's, you know, request for information, that RFI confirmed five additional domains, and those are gonna be financial services, your human capital, your social services, your marketing and public relations, and lastly, business admin. So what does that mean for you? You know, Oasis plus is really, replacing the legacy Oasis vehicle that we've been going through in the last few years. And this channel, you know, is anticipated to be about $60,000,000,000 in task orders across all those five areas, and, you know, across all the small businesses and unrestricted pools. So, I mean, that's a that's a lot of dollar value there. We're gonna be talking about, you know, consolidation under pressure, what 2026 is gonna look like, and, you know, I'm anticipating it to be a test. Agencies are under pressure right now to spend even smarter. They know what the services are that they're going after, and now they're just gonna be even smarter about it, having AI and all these tools at their expense. Right? So they're moving billions into these big vehicles, those best in class vehicles, like Oasis plus, but Oasis plus being the top contender just because it has something to offer everyone. Right? And it also lowers risk and increases transparency. You know, it's easier for the GSA to manage these professional services under one vehicle. There's gonna be even stricter oversight for cybersecurity supply chain, integrity, CMMC if you're a, you know, a DOD contractor, zero, zero trust. You know, they're really gonna be monitoring, that you are having these, you know, compliance packages already set. And by 2028, you know, we got two years to go here. Oasis plus is going to be the default for professional services. And I'm basing that on, you know, just data driven insights. A lot of the data I've already shown you today. Here's, you know, some more percentages, but also just based on, you know, some more data that I'm gonna provide you, within the slideshow. But, also, you know, you can dig into my report and find this for yourself as well. So the biggest thing here, you know, companies are adapting the companies that are adapting right now, you know, they're able to define the market, understand where they fit in right now, and, you know, they're positioning themselves, for the best right now. They're not waiting. Alright. Now we're gonna talk about scoring on wraps, makes codes alignment and more. So, you know, this is really just like how you're gonna navigate the framework. Right? What is happening right now? What's gonna happen in the future? Some green and red flags that you should be aware of today. So with this, you know, this is where most firms win or waste time, and they're you know, it's becoming more evident as more winners are being announced, you know, every few months here. So, you know, scoring before the selection, how it works, and this is, you know, a topic I talked about, at APMP's AI twenty five. You know, it was all about AI. How are things being automated? How is risk flagging? What are the compliance looking like before, you know, a real human, contracting officer even looks at a proposal. Right? So these are all things you wanna keep in mind, especially with the GSA. I mean, there's a ton of information out there about, you know, how they're doing their first gate reviews, how they're, you know, looking at compliance and all and how they're using automation, to, you know, regulate proposals that are coming in. So, you know, there's, you know, CMMC two point o. There's all these far updates, you know, things that you should be aware of today, looking at how it's specifically impacting you and the services that you're providing. You always wanna be scanning for gaps or inconsistencies, flagging those risk before, you know, the GSA does it for you. Right? And there's a bunch of tools out there. I mean, if you're watching today, there's a really great chance that you're a GovDash customer, and we do all that for you. Right? Also cross checking everything before the human review. You just wanna be mindful again, you know, of whatever agency you're going after in vehicle. You know, look at past performance. What did those companies do to get on that vehicle or break into a subcontracting role? Right? Were they doing, you know, something similar to you, different? You just wanna be tracking how, you know, companies went about that, but also being mindful of AI, you know, how AI is enabling scoring systems right now. The first reader, very important to note, is most likely not gonna be a contracting officer. It's gonna be an algorithm. So you just wanna be mindful of that. Make sure you're using tools that, you know, are your choice, GovDash being one of those choices. Right? Alright. Now we're gonna talk about NAICS precision and onramps. You know, take it to the table. Right? So treat every onramp like it's a live evaluation. Your next alignment is a strategic positioning. It's not admin work. Agencies match awards by how your capabilities map to domains, and it's gonna be, you know, those professional services, those five four one NAICS codes. So if your NAICS codes aren't aligning today with your pipeline, with the services, you know, that you're trying to go after, you just wanna make sure everything that you're doing is aligning right, not only NAICS, but PSC codes as well, that you're not competing against yourself, you know, but you're positioning yourself, for the best in not only the market space, but for that specific vehicle. And there's ways to go about this, and I'll talk about it, you know, very soon right now. So, you know, confirm that your profile is reflecting the right Oasis plus domains when these on ramps open. You know? And we're already in phase two, so we just gotta start getting getting started on this. Right? So winning through teams. One part that you can accomplish all this through is winning through teams. Right? Especially small business pools where readiness is, you know, already demonstrating that it's beating size. So Oasis plus, really important, you know, that I mentioned today. It's a leveling of the field of all the players. Right? In practice, readiness, teaming, and compliance, it's really leveling the playing field. Large firms are dominating, you know, the on unrestricted pools. But, you know, when we're looking at small business, I mean, it's really interesting to see, you know, how many JVs are winning, prime small business pools, how many of those are dominating, you know, companies that were just created a year or two ago. I mean, we got some really breakout stars here, and I'll go through the list in a second. But, you know, there really is something for everyone, and, you know, referencing past performance, I think it should be top of mind for every small business looking to compete, you know, as phase two wraps up and as, you know, task orders that were awarded this year, next year start to, you know, come up for recompete. You know, so let's see here. We're gonna talk about small business pools. Yeah, where the readiness beats size. Yeah. You know, I just spoke loosely about this right now. You know, the setup, leveling the play field, reality, there's someone there's something out here for everyone today. In the playbook, you know, team early. Look for those subcontract app opportunities. Look for, you know, teaming with breakout stars, companies that are, you know, providing similar services to you. Also, this is where, you know, connecting and networking comes in, you know, making sure that you're attending the right events, not only for what kind of company you are, but also, you know, what kind of person you are. Right? You know, if there's anything that interests you, especially, you know, I think a majority of us are in that DC, Virginia area. There's tons of, you know, teaming events, you know, networking events. You know, Orange Slices is having a great event next week. You know, there's just so many out there that have been almost every single day or week in GovCon. But, you know, positioning yourself, all that to say is just really connecting who you know, and also just, you know, making sure, agencies know what kind of services you provide, and you're making that as easy as possible for them. Right? Making sure your website is up to date, making sure your LinkedIn looks great, all these things that you wanna keep in mind. This is exactly what I'm detailing here, what I mean by a playbook. So, you know, the bottom line here, all that to say Oasis plus isn't rewarding potential. It's rewarding proof, showing proof that, you know, you are compliance compatible. You do have really great past performance, you know, even if you are a small business. I mean, that matters more than ever. Right? That's how they're ultimately gonna be determining who is going to win. Alright. And then these next two slides that I'm about to show you, these are just, you know, snapshots I'm pulling directly from my report. So when we're looking at, you know, teaming, what this means for you, I think a great place to start is to look at some awards that are already awarded under OASIS. What is coming up for recompete? What is expiring soon? So, you know, I'm giving you all types of agencies here, all types of dollar amounts. These are specifically small business tasks, all types of bit, small businesses, right, that are coming up to expire. You know? I got some here for the end of this year in December, but also 2026 and 2027. Right? So this is a great list. If you go in my report, you can actually click on these contract award IDs, and it takes you straight to the awards. So you can get in more detail, you know, what the agency was, what the subagency was, what the exact services, NAICS code, PSC, you know, past performance of that company, when it expires, when it started. You can get some really great intel here. You know, and I think that's one of the most important market insights you can get is just looking at what previous companies did, you know, in the same space that you're looking to jump into. Right? So I mentioned small business. This is another 20 for the unrestricted pool. So if you're one of those large businesses that don't fit into that small business pool, I got 20 expiring, tasks and contracts that are coming up for expiration, this year, next year, and 2027. A lot of, you know, varying DOD, FedSIV, and health agencies, all types of services, all different types of NAICS codes. Again, I all of this, all these task orders for, you know, both pools here are in my report. And, you know, I tried to pick, you know, very important ones that I thought were really interesting. And, you know, again, being mindful of having something for everyone here because I know, you know, majority of us are DOD contractors, but there's also, you know, FEDSIP and health. And now, you know, SLED is joining us as well. Alright. So we got about ten minutes left here. I'm gonna breeze through these slides. Compliance as competitive edge. Alright. So proposal discipline, what that means for you. Proof beats promises. Proposals under OASIS plus are compliance tests. They're not sales decks. Right? And as we move closer towards you know, it's already happening with oral, proposals. You know? This is gonna be more important than ever. The GSA has standardized labor categories, rate caps, and evaluation models, a lot that I already spoke about today, and a lot more detail is in my report about this, especially when it comes to pricing. Right? I know that's a very taboo thing, you know, and and everyone likes to talk about pricing, but I think it's so important, especially when you're looking into breaking into a space. Right? You know, low pricing is not always a winner. Right? I mean, they're taking into account past performance, what makes you unique, all those things. It's not always gonna be the lowest dollar item. Proposals are being read like audits. You know, again, being mindful of AI enabled readers and gate checks and the way they're monitoring proposals right now and also in the future. You know? AI is gonna be changing a lot more in the future, so you always just wanna be mindful, make sure you're, able to meet all those compliance checks and be ready for, you know, the first gate review of it being automated in the most part. Bottom line here, Oasis plus is rewarding proof, not promises. You know, really mindful to keep this in mind here going today. No matter if your large business is is small and you're looking at, you know, unrestricted or a small business pool, I think this should resonate with everyone here today. You know, going a little bit deeper into compliance, and, you know, I detail CNMC too, the FARS, DFARS, all those things, you know, some SLED information as well within my report. But just, you know, quickly today, when you're looking at, you know, the old model of how proposals were, you know, kind of read through versus the new model, really really three key things here that, you know, I've I've really noticed just looking into it, you know, every week and just looking at how compliance has changed so much. With every, you know, agency, it's different. Every subagency, it's gonna be more different. But, you know, vehicles for the most part are pretty similar, especially that Oasis plus. Right? It's not a new vehicle. It's been something that we've been going through for, you know, the last few years, and, you know, it's gonna be here to stay. So, you know, just always be mindful of what is happening with the new model of compliance, and always making sure that you're, you know, meeting the standards for not only your type of business, but the services that you provide, right, and the type of contracts you're trying to go after. Alright. And then lastly, we're gonna get into, you know, what everything I just talked about. You know, I explained a little bit of Oasis plus. I didn't go that too detailed into it because, you know, I'm guessing if you're here today, you already have a great idea of what Oasis plus is. Maybe you're already a prime or a subcontractor on there, or maybe you're looking to team with someone out there today. We talked about, you know, looking at the market, understanding where your position is, looking at what kind of services you're providing, looking at, you know, consolidation under pressure, what is changing with Oasis plus and vehicles similar like it. We talked about small business pools, the unrestricted path, some tasks that are coming up from recompete. And then, you know, now we're gonna be talking about what all that means, how you can take everything I've just mentioned and this report. You know, go ahead. The link is in this chat here. If you download it, it takes you straight to the live report, and you also get a PDF you can download and share. But, you know, all of those things encompassing, you know, this winning roadmap for 2026. So we're gonna go quarter by quarter for the rest of this year and the 2027. And, you know, I'm making some really great predictions here, a forecast of where everything is going to land, for the next quarters to come. Right? So every quarter counts. That is the most important thing. You know, if you're not preparing for something that's gonna happen next year, what are you really doing? Right? You always wanna have something in your back pocket, whether it's just networking, whether it's, you know, making sure your compliance is up to standard, whatever that means for you. Right? It's gonna look different across the board. So, you know, the rest of 2026, we're here. Right? Quarter one. You know, these are some things you need to be focusing on. This is gonna be the outcome. Right? You need to be you know, for example, right now, proposal execution and submission discipline is needs to be top of mind for you. And what that's gonna lead, you know, in the future too is submission ready, audit proof proposals. Just really preparing yourself for, you know, the new world of proposal, like enablement and reading and all those things. So I I you know, I this is a great snapshot to take here. I also include this in my report, you know, of just every quarter, what you wanna be mindful as Oasis Plus, keeps moving through its growth cycle. So, you know, this is just, you know, making sure everything is in alignment with what is going to be happening with this vehicle. Alright. And then a few things, you know, also I wanted to just mention here at the last few minutes is, you know, the best OASIS plus contractors in 2026 are gonna be aligning to their own NAICS. Right? They're gonna be aligning to the services that OASIS plus is looking to buy into, especially those five labor, categories that I mentioned at the beginning of this talk. Right? You know, successful contractors for OASIS Plus are also gonna be very mindful of the automated compliance monitoring that, you know, this, GSA agency is going through right now. It's a huge transition. It's a huge overall overall, but, you know, just being mindful of where you are falling in, you know, CMMC, FAR, DFARS, SLED, all those things like that. You know, just no matter what type of, contractor you are, you always just wanna make sure you are meeting those compliance standards, and doing the work, you know, way before something is awarded. You know? If you're not ready with compliance right now, you're not gonna be ready, unfortunately, for, you know, those next recompetes to come up for OASIS because those, you know, compliance packages, putting those together takes, you know, sometimes years. You know, successful contractors for OASIS plus are also gonna, you know, be able to document performance, return of investment. They're gonna be able to provide, you know, the GSA with, hey. Look. This is, you know, our past performance, and this is what we do really well at, especially if you are a small business. Right? There is so much room to grow in this space right now, and I think it's really important. And you've probably heard it from all different talks, right, if you're interested in Oasis plus, that past performance is one of the most important things to keep in mind today. You know, and lastly, successful contractors for this vehicle are gonna have trusted brand visibility. And, you know, I also mentioned that a little bit of that today. You know, just making sure that you are networking in the space, attending events that are important to you to branch out to for not only, you know, meeting people that are providing similar services to you, similar companies as you, pursuing, you know, similar contracts or agencies, but just getting, you know, your services out there and, becoming, you know, a trusted brand in the space. And the ways to do that are, you know, not only attending events, but making sure your website is, you know, up to date, that agencies and, you know, teaming partners are able to go into your website and figure out exactly, you know, your past performance, what services you're providing today, you know, and also figuring out, you know, some contracts that you've won in the past, whether through it's a, you know, PR, but also having your LinkedIn very up to date as well. I mean, those things, you know, I hope are, top of mind. Sometimes they're not, but they're just super important. Right? When you're looking to team with people, you always wanna team with someone that knows what they're doing and looks very confident, and has that pre performance to back up their services. So all those keeping in mind. Right? Just, you know, keeping up with compliance, your services, documenting your past performance, your ROI, pre evaluating the space before you jump in, and becoming a trusted brand, for visibility, especially if you have not won on Oasis plus, yet. So, you know, just always be very data driven, compliant, and structured with what you are doing from start to finish. Alright. And then, you know, lastly, very important to keep in mind here today, thank you guys so much for joining me as, now I wanna reiterate one more time, but Oasis plus is an optional. I I really think it's gonna be the vehicle that is a top contender for the years to come. You know, there's already hundreds of awardees on it. And, you know, we just started announcing those awardees. Right? So, I mean, just imagine when we're gonna be at the November, at the end of, next month, December, what, you know, quarter two twenty twenty six is gonna look like, going into 2027. Right? Because there's task orders that are gonna be expiring through 2030. So there's so much room to grow, and there's a little bit out there for everyone. So, you know, just one more time, grab your report today if you're interested in Oasis plus. But any other vehicle out there, any agency that you're pursuing, any type of contractor that you are today, there's a little bit of everything out there for, for you guys in this report. Alright. So now we're just gonna get into some questions. I'm gonna look to see if we got any in here. Again, reminder, if I, you know, spoke about anything that resonated with you or you would like to learn a little bit more about today, you know, just go ahead and feel free to add those questions to the chat. Also, the link for the report should be in here as well, and we will get started. Alright. Okay. Cool. Let's see. We got Michael here. What were the five new domains being added? Let me go back up here. I wrote them down. So for phase two, you know, the RFI that most recently came out, four OASIS plus detailed five additional domains, specifically speaking to this phase two follow-up. Right? So, Michael, these categories are gonna be financial services, human capital, social services, marketing and public relations, and business administration. So a great place to find more information of out about this is just to go directly into sam.gov where you can read the original, and previous OASIS Plus RFI sources sought, industry day questions. All that information is going to be in sam.gov, and all you would have to do is just go to the search bar and type in OASIS plus, and everything related to OASIS plus will show up. And if you wanna take it a step further, you can just type in Oasis, and that's gonna pull you everything from the first iteration of Oasis up until what is happening today with Oasis plus. Alright. Alright. So here we got a question. With the on ramp structure of Oasis plus, how should larger or unrestricted firms think about maintaining competitive positioning against small business insurance, yeah, who qualify under multiple set aside categories? So, yeah, you know, I mentioned going back into this you know, I'll pull up a slide here. Yeah. So Oasis plus, you know, when we're talking about Oasis plus, I think why, for the most part, this is such a popular vehicle is because not only does it have the unrestricted pathway for, you know, those companies that are making mill hundreds of millions, billions of dollars unrestricted, there is also, you know, the service disabled veteran owned small business. There is a women owned small business. There's HUBZone. There's, you know, the tribal AA groups. There's also that total small business. So when you're looking into on ramp, you know, you should fit into some type of category. If you're a small business, and I know a lot of us are out there today that are, you know, multiple of these, you can win in all of these categories. When I'm looking at the list, you know, there's tons of JVs out there right now, and you can you know, I have these links in my report where you can look at the most updated awardee list. There are, you know, a lot of companies that are winning under multiple small business categories. And, you know, also really interesting, a lot of them are JVs. Right? A lot of them are companies that have only been around for a few years. In comparison to some of those really huge big name small businesses. So there really is something out there for everyone, and it's really interesting. If you go to the GSA website, and that's, you know, something I wish I could pull up right now, but that is how you can get an even more detailed overlook at, you know, just specific winners, pricing list, some past performance insights as well. But, you know, I include all this in my report, so, hopefully, it makes it easier. You don't have to jump around. Alright. Cool. Oasis we got Jamie Miller here. Alright. Hello. So we got understood that Oasis Plus is going to add new categories, the ones I just mentioned. However, do you know if they're going to provide another opportunity to get on ramped? The existing categories. Let's see. Yeah. You know, if you go into the most recent RFI that I previously mentioned, you know, not only do they dictate, these five service labor categories that you mentioned here, Jamie, but they also do detail what is gonna be happening with future opportunities. Right now, you know, as far as I know, phase two is, slowly taking an effect this year and should run through you know, I'm predicting as late as December this year, so we should see some more awardees on there. If you're looking for more opportunities to get on ramped, through the existing categories, I think the best place to start is looking at possibly getting on some recompetes or becoming a teaming partner for some of the, previous OASIS opportunities here. So, again, these are all OASIS category, prime and subcontracting opportunities that are expiring. If you're looking to get on, you know, previous on ramped categories like that management, technical, research and development, and intel that you mentioned here, Jamie, I think this is a really great start. You know, also not only giving you great intel here, but, you know, showing you what past performance can look like. When you're looking at, you know, what type of small businesses, what type of contracts they've won in the past, but also looking at some unrestricted pathways as well. So you're look if you're looking to get on you some previous on ramped opportunities, I think a great place would be to start here. And as you know, more OASIS plus awards are coming out. There was a few 100 that dropped, earlier in September 17. Again, if you go to sam.gov, there's those entire awarding, category lists that you can actually dance download. They're Excel lists so you can read every awardee, contract ID as well. And that will give you a really great, look at what, you know, what happened with them. Let's see. Yeah. Detailing into all those different NAICS codes. Right? Because management, technical, r and d, those are all gonna be different NAICS. You know, mostly of those five four one. So there's a lot of really great information you can find on sam.gov. Alright. Alright. Yeah. Someone asked about the timing for OASIS plus phase two, Cynthia. Yeah. You know, phase two is already in effect. We just finished phase one with those pool. It was the first pool of awardees that came at, it was September 7 seventeenth. I believe that was announced through sam.gov. And, you know, we're just wrapping that up, at the previous month of October. Right now, we're in November. Still the 2026, and this is where we're at right now with phase two awardees rolling out slowly. You know, I'm predicting that should last up until December here. And, yeah, you know, a great thing is not only to look at, you know, the OASIS plus awardees in the past, but as more people start getting awarded on OASIS plus, you can do the same thing here. You know? You can look at some OASIS plus task orders and contracts that are gonna be expiring, and, you know, those are great opportunities to get some subcontracting efforts complete, some, you know, teaming agreements started, things like that. Because, you know, I think, again, everyone is familiar with the way to go about subcontracting, and it it really provides, you know, some great access to becoming a prime in the future. Alright. Alright. Alright. And we got some questions about, you know, the timeline of Oasis plus here. Just few different people asking about it again. You know, this is what I'm detailing, for the quarters to come. Again, we're right here in 2026. You know, I give more detail in my report as well, but, you know, just a really great snapshot of what's gonna happen every quarter, what you should be mindful of as Oasis plus makes its way through its growth cycle and as recompetes come up to be, you know, competed on again. You know, and I think that's really great opportunities for everyone here no matter what kind of small business or unrestricted large business you are, just because a company, you know, won the first iteration of a task order or service category doesn't mean, you know, that they're obligated to win the second time around. A lot of times, you know, the second iteration of a contract or, you know, just a task order, it's a JV that's winning. Right? It's a small business, an even smaller business than previously. I mean so there there really are they really are you know, the GSA as an organization are looking at past performance as a key indicator of, you know, what what kind of company is gonna be, top of mind in the playing field here today. Alright. And then, yeah, thank you guys so much for joining here today. You know, again, I'm Brittany Winkler. I do a few of these, thought leadership webinars just kind of covering topics that are kind of high of mind for everyone here in GovCon today. And, you know, Sam also put in the link to the report. So if you liked, you know, learning about a little bit more about Oasis plus and some, you know, twenty twenty six go to market strategies that you can implement today, Hopefully, you know, you can take something out of this talk today, and, you know, just continue being hopeful. I know the space right now is not the most relaxing place to be in the market right now. But, you know, go ahead and take a look at this report here. It's pinned at the top of the chats. This will give you, you know, the report that I was referencing, not only covering OASIS Plus, but every agency, subagency, NAICS code, PSC code, all types of spaces within the market of GovCon, just some really high level insights. There's something out there for, you know, business development capture, proposal writing, procurement, contractors, any you know, everyone and anyone out there. There's gonna be something in that report, and also, you know, giving you some great strategies of how to use, you know, the data. It's not only just preventing, providing you some great insights, right, in data, but it's telling you how to use them. And I think that's the most important part is to not only provide data, but to tell you, you know, some pathways that you can actually turn it into actionable insights.
