Transcript for "Define, Connect, Win: Positioning for FY26 Federal Contracting Growth":
Alright. Good morning, guys. It's 10AM my time over here in San Antonio, Texas, 11AM Eastern Standard Time. So we're gonna get started with the event today. Let's see. Alright. So these are my slides. We're just gonna kinda go through, you know, what the topic of this webinar is, you know, my goals for the audience of what I want you guys to get, out of this talk this morning. Hey, Bill. How are you doing? Thanks for joining. And, yeah, we're just gonna, you know, just talk about main goals of, you know, what this event is inspiring to do. And we're gonna talk a lot about a report that just came out through GovDash, titled, you know, winning your 2026 pipeline. And it, you know, is 60 pages long. It has so many topics within, and we're just gonna be diving into that a little bit further. Just, really diving into every single topic. I mean, everything from, you know, every agency where they were last year from, you know, what they're doing next year, some forecasts and predictions. And, you know, we're all contract vehicles are right now in the space and just, you know, a lot of tables, a lot of data, but we're gonna dive right in. And if you guys have any questions, yeah, feel free to drop them in the chat here. You know, I I really want you guys to get the most out of this. So if you see a topic within the report or just anything that I'm mentioning that you want me to cover a little bit more, put it in the chat, any questions, and we will, yeah, get them at the end of this webinar here. Alright. So my name is Britney Winkler. I am the go to market enablement and programs manager at GovDash. I have, you know, a lot of experience working in the government on both sides. I joined, you know, the navy right out of high school. I solved services in action. I did budgets, and I did, logistics and procurement, procurement. So, you know, I've seen services in action and then, you know, joining, g two x and GovDash a little bit later in my career, actually doing research and market intel and competitive intel, for, you know, all of the things that every single agency does, with government contractors. So a little bit about today, you know, what we're going to be talking about. Let's see here. I have an agenda. You know, just the main goal of this webinar, right, is to give you guys actionable data backed insights that you can start using today. Every chart, every table, and every single takeaway within this report and these slides, this comes straight from, you know, my report titled federal, market intel for 2026. And I'll be referencing that throughout this entire section. And Sam is gonna be putting, the link to the direct report so you can follow along as I go through. And if you have any questions, just please make sure to put them in the chat. We'll get right to them at the end. And, you know, this session isn't about theory or buzzwords. I know it's a really volatile market out there. Government shutdown, Doge, holidays coming up, you know, next month and following, but, you know, this talk is just gonna be super positive. I hope it reignites a spark if you lost it this year or just, you know, continues to, you know, make it even more positive as we go on. This is gonna have, you know, a lot of really great positive insights that shows, you know, hey. Actually, there's still a lot of work to be done right now, and, you know, agencies are actually doing a little bit better than you know what? I've heard rumors going around, just talking about. But, yeah, I'm gonna show you all that today. And the main things we're gonna be talking about are these three things here. So, this framework, you know, right, the define, connect, and win. So what we're gonna be doing is defining. We're gonna be taking a look at every single agency and subagency shifting funds, where programs are expanding, which ones are being cut right now, and what happened last year. Right? To make those really great predictions for what's gonna happen already right now, quarter one, and going throughout whole 2026. So we're gonna be looking at how these changes can redefine your target list in that pipeline for this year. Right? So you're gonna see real, you know, accurate data from what happened in 2025 till now in the future. And, you know, I'm using a variety of data sources to back this up. Right? I only include really accurate things. I come from, you know, a heavy academic background. So everything I do want, I need to be a 100%. So these are no guesses, you know, no lagging in data. This is, you know, really accurate, true evidence that you can take today to back up, you know, your decisions that you're making for your future pipelines. The second one here, connect, what we're gonna be doing is digging into systems and structures that drive real visibility and access. And what I'm talking about here is vehicles that matter the most. You know, there's, you know, all those best in class and GWACs out there. But we're gonna be really taking a look at compliance, what's happening with those vehicles, who are some of the top winners, and, you know, not only top spenders and winners, but who are those breakout small businesses and JVs that are, you know, really accelerating their capture efforts and what you can take from those winners and start implementing in your own pipelines. And the last one here is when, you know, I created a really, really neat, tactical road map that, you know, it's a one pager. You can screenshot it from the report, take that into your next meeting. This is a plan that you can act on today, next week. You know? How to align your team, your data, what you're doing with your own research and capture strategies to build, you know, ultimate strategies to help you build your momentum, before the next quarter and, you know, just also today. So each section, I will connect back to a portion of this report. So by the end of this webinar, you'll be able to, you know, exactly know exactly where the opportunities are, know exactly, like, data to back it up right, and make, you know, the most informed decisions going forward. I think that's the most important thing. You always wanna have data driven, you know, decisions, no guesses, no guesswork or anything like that, rumors. You wanna be operating on, you know, the hard facts, and that's exactly what I'm gonna give you today. So let's, you know, get right right into it here. Alright. So let's see. So I'm gonna start by defining the 2026 opportunity landscape, looking at spending data, policy shifts in which agencies are primed for growth. And then we're gonna move into connecting your strategy into systems like, you know, those Oasis plus, Alliant three, SEWP that's coming out, you know, and potentially maps. So finally, you know, at the end of this, we're gonna close. I'm gonna talk about, you know, the go to market strategy. And, you know, any questions that you have, just please put them in the chat. I've I've really loved to, you know, talk about this kind of stuff. It's a passion of mine. So we'll really get into anything you're interested in today. Alright. Let me make sure we have nothing going on in the chat here. Cool. Alright. So the first one, let's start with some context. Right? Again, I'm gonna talk through these slides, and then we're gonna dive into the live report. So if you wanna, you know, go along with the report what I'm talking about right now, just go ahead and open up that report. The link is in the chat. So context. Right? Where the $20.25 dollars landed and what that means for your 2026 pipeline. So spending reality and, you know, again, when I'm doing this data, I'm looking at the exact dollar amount. Right? I really wanna detail exactly where every dollar went. No guesses, just really accurate insights. And, you know, when I'm looking at this data, there's, you know, key things that I found. So HHS, no surprise to anyone, is leading with almost $2,000,000,000,000 driven by modernization in health care systems and benefit management. The second one was the DOD, and then lastly, the VA. So what matters here is, you know, late obligators are shrinking. There's, you know, DOT, NASA, DOS, each spend over a third of their budgets in the last quarter of this year, so So that's gonna be your September time frame. And what we're gonna be seeing for the next year is flatter spending curves, faster awards, and tighten windows. So, you know, the main point with this section in the report is if you're waiting until August to get visible, you're already too late. Right? You wanna start defining growth agencies, growth makes, you know, look at what type of business, you know, you have, what kind of services you're providing right now, and look at, you know, how the market is doing in those sectors. And that'll give you the best, you know, probability and predictions for where you're gonna be at, you know, maybe the same time next year or just, you know, the first quarter of this year. So, you know, I have a lot of different budgets that show within the report. And the big thing here to keep in mind is that your business development strategy needs to define where your urgency lives. Defense readiness, cybersecurity, and logistics. You know, you really need to define what markets you're going to, you know, go into, where you're gonna expand and take in mind, you know, where budgets are shifting, which agencies or subagencies are allocating, throughout the market, and, you know, really turning that into what that means for you. Alright. Second one here, connect. So this is all about aligning your strategy to systems. So within my report, you know, I have a huge section dedicated to vehicles, top winners, top small business winners, what JDs are doing on those vehicles, if any, you know, any updates that's happening with them right now. And, you know, I really hit on the biggest ones out there. So there's someone there's something out there for everyone. Right? Every agency, sub agency, whatever kind of services you're providing, there is something out there for everyone. And I, you know, really make sure to dive deeply into those vehicles, and that's, you know, something I'm gonna show you guys a little bit right after this. So, you know, some points that I'm noticing in here, Oasis plus is going to be that new backbone for professional services. There's a lot of updates with that, you know, different pools. You don't have to just be a large business. Right? This one is special because you can be any type of small business, and you have your own pool to win. And just looking at it last year, you know, a few 100 awardees were awarded for all of those different pools. So, you know, this one is a huge thing to keep track of. You know, make sure you're, you know, checking on sam.gov, checking in on your folks that, you know, are subject matter experts in this vehicle, and just being ready for, you know, award announcements and recompetes that are coming out. Another thing specific to OASIS Plus, you know, that's a huge section in my report, and I detail, you know, up to I think it's, like, 40 tasks that are expiring this month all the way through, you know, the next year on Oasis plus that you can start looking at, you know, recompetes. And, you know, I detail exactly who who won it, who won it, the dollar amount, what it was for. So really great insights. You know, network on LinkedIn. Right? So Alliance three and Souq that are coming out, they're gonna dominate the IT and AI modernization market. And I show you exactly, you know, why why I'm saying that, and I have really great data to back that up. And the last one here is, Claris. So that one is becoming the go to for, small business work, and I'm gonna, you know, detail that in a little bit as well. So big things here, you know, by mid twenty twenty six, you know, I'm predicting that over 70% of the professional services obligations, will flow through these top big vehicles. So this is your, you know, your best in class vehicles. And Oasis plus is going to be a huge contender for that, and I'll show you exactly why. So, you know, another huge point here, and I said all of that to really say this. Right? So if you're not positioned on or teaming with someone that are on these vehicles and these lanes, you're not gonna be able to compete. And I'm gonna show you exactly why I'm saying this once we dive into the report. You know, another thing with Connect. Right? Aligning your strategies, you wanna make sure your compliance is as ready to go as you can possibly get it right. There's two huge policies that I detail within this report. You know, of course, there's, you know, so much that's happening in policy and government, and I do detail those as well, except I I really dedicate, you know, a huge section to the far overhaul and CMMC two point o, which I'm gonna show you a little bit more in detail here. So these are the two policies that everyone is paying attention, right, to write it. It seems like every day I go on LinkedIn and I see someone talking about, you know, what else is happening today with FAR or, you know, people just, yeah, just talking about these things. Right? Because it's just, you know, it's a lot happening at once and it it can be really hard to keep track of, especially if you are, you know, just trying to break into the space and figure out what you're doing. Right? So I really detail these. And the biggest thing here is, you know, for CMMC two point o, November 10 is gonna be that starting point where that certification becomes mandatory for defense work. And that's the new gate to eligibility. Right? So if your compliance posture is not, you know, up to date, and you're not doing your own research to where your company needs to be to, you know, get on these vehicles, win these types of lords, and be where you need to be, you're not gonna be prepared, and I detail exactly how you can go about that within my report. And last one here for this section, partner smart, right, not wide. You wanna be very intentional with what you're doing, who you're working with, who you're networking with. It's kind of a game of who do you know where you're at. Right? So there's also winning patterns that go within this. We're gonna be taking a look at a lot of different small business types, that have active seats on really huge vehicles. And, you know, I'm detailing how exactly they did this right. Companies that, you know, might not have the most, you know, backed up pre performance, but they're winning, you know, really great awards on, you know, Oasis plus or STARS three. So, you know, taking a look at a lot of the tasks that are, you know, coming up where we compete or that, you know, are expiring in the next few weeks, months, and even years in some case. I mean, it's really interesting to see what, you know, small businesses are able to do in this environment even though the market might not be, you know, a 100% that we're used to previous to this year. So, you know, the big thing with that is, you know, once you're able to do, you know, you're defining, you're connecting, and you're putting in your your win, you know, pipeline, you're gonna, you know, decrease the amount of awards and opportunity that you're going after. And you're gonna be able to really narrow down, you know, a really great pipeline of stuff that is very niche to you that you have the most, you know, probability to increase your p win score. Alright. And then the last section here, win, before we get into the report itself. This section, you know, is all about operating with velocity. So, you know, again, taking everything that I said, defining and connecting, but being very intentional with where you're going with things. Right? So, you know, the advantage no longer goes to the biggest winner. I know it can come off like that, and, you know, there's evidence to support that. But it really does go to the fastest executor, the people that are acting with primes even if they're not, the people that are doing their, you know, market intel, competitive intelligence, making those data driven decisions that are not acting on guesswork. These people are being very, intentional with what they're doing. Right? And the services that they can provide and who they're networking with and where they're at, you know, in the market. So, you know, three main things that I detail within my report are, you know, those AI services, cloud, and cybersecurity. All of these come with their own compliances that you have to meet right. And, you know, I've had detailed really great, insights into here as well. So you can, you know, do that due diligence to figure out where exactly you fit in the market, based on the services that you provide. Maybe looking at some agencies and some specific opportunities that you can start preparing for today. And we're also gonna be talking about protests. I have a lot of data to back this up. I know there's people out here that, you know, look at the GAO website, you know, daily to look at what is happening with protests. I have so much data on here, you know, about predictions, what court is doing with opportunities, and awards, and lots of predictions on, you know, win patterns. So looking at NAICS codes, looking at vehicles, looking at contracting officer behavior and spend, and also looking at, you know, that ninety day road map that we're gonna get into. Again, it's a graphic. You can, you know, take that with you today and start implementing things. Alright. So now that we walked through those main three things. Right? We got define, connect, and win. That's the grounding, you know, and the mindset that I'm going with this talk with you guys today. This is, you know, what I'm calling the twenty twenty six mindset. Right? So it's a blend of doing your own due diligence, being precise, having that data to back up where you're gonna be going this year. And we'll see that right, you know, as I dive into this report. Again, Sam put the link in the chat if you wanna download it and follow along. I'm gonna just go right into it right now, and then we will have time for some q and a at the end here. Alright. Alright, guys. So let me make sure we got no stuff here. Cool. Looks like you guys have the report open. Some of you guys are downloading it. Alright. We got some really great questions. So this is really cool to see. Alright. Alright. So this is the report itself, and now I'm just gonna detail, you know, some main highlights that I've spoke about previously and also introduce, you know, some of the data and the tables for you guys, and just explain a little bit better about what I was talking about with that, you know, define, connect, and when. So I'm gonna be pulling up some different pages here. Let's see. Again, you know, there's a really great table of content contents. There's multiple sections in here. The first one is just, you know, talking about what happened last year, lessons that we can take from the last year, and make some future, predictions and forecasting. Looking at, you know, this year's federal market. Right? Looking at, you know, policies that are taking place, what is changing for those budgets to be, you know, shifting around so much as they are? What's happening within every single agency and subagency, and then, you know, taking that intel and looking at where you fit in as your competition. Also talking about tech priorities. So that's gonna be your AI cloud and cybersecurity. Those are the main ones, you know, your five four one NAICS codes. Also talking about FAR, CMMC, the government shutdown. I also have a section, you know, I've I've said this a few times, you know, on all the GWACs, the best in class vehicles. I do a really great deep dive into OASIS Plus itself. Talking a little bit more about, you know, specifically the AI competitive landscape, what's happening here, key winners, key policies, just what is really happening in the whole landscape that is AI because, you know, it is so new. Right? So much things that are happening with it. I even have a section about SLED. And then, you know, the go to market strategy here. So the six steps to really taking everything that's in this report and making it, you know, into your actionable insights that you can start using today. Alright. So, you know, when I was talking about DeepMind, so that's, you know, reading your market, figuring out what is happening in spending patterns, looking at, you know, where every single dollar was landing. This is, you know, my table where I'm really detailing all of twenty twenty five spending shares, in this column here for key agencies, looking at what percentage of their spending, you know, was of the total market share And, you know, making some really great predictions about what is gonna happen for the next year to come and why. Ultimately, you know, being a really great market signal, that you can take, you know, if you are specifically a DOD contractor, you're specifically health, or if you're specifically FedSive, you know, you can take these insights and, you know, make really great predictions about what is gonna be happening within my specific market, and creating those market signals for not only you, but your team, right, and those decisions that you're gonna have to be making this year. So, you know, for example, the top spender here, 40% of the market share. So this is 40% of every single dollar that was obligated to the federal government agencies to spend on government contracting. Right? 40% of that went to health last year. So HHS, you know, these are gonna be your DHA. This is gonna be CMS. This is CDC, NIH, all those really big, you know, agencies that are in health. 40% of the obligations for spending went to this agency alone. So if you look in, you know, into the sub agencies, you can really get more detailed into, you know, how much CMS had versus the c CDC, things like that. But, you know, when we're looking at 40% of the market share, that's huge compared to, you know, 7% of the DOD, 1% of the DHS. I mean, that that's just crazy. And then some of them had, you know, less than 1%, some of these federal civilian agencies here in NASA. So, you know, taking in mind, you know, 40% is a huge number, but what programs did health, you know, implement this year, last year that, you know, took such much of like, so much of the budget, were allocated through those contracts, through those IDVs, through those task orders? So when you really get into the data, I mean, it's very interesting stuff. So, you know, just looking at that number, creating a really good market signal, this number shows that, you know, there's expansions and not only AI analytics is really key services that health has been providing for the last, you know, ten years, but, also, you know, making really great investments in their programs. Right? So all of this to say you can expect, you know, this year to come major recompetes in data and automation, you know, all those really big programs that health is implementing. They started implementing last year that are, you know, having those really big effects this year. So, you know, if you're in the market for health, you're right on track. Right? You can make predictions today that, hey. This is only going up compared to, you know, the DOD or federal SIV. We're in a great place. Let's maybe look deeper into some sub agencies and see, you know, let's get more define more, you know, where where you are in the market. Right? That's the whole section about define. Defining where you are in the market, looking at the agency, looking at the sub agency, looking at NAICS, your services, getting as detailed as you possibly can to do that only, like, personal consulting on your own business and your own team. Right? So, you know, again, with this two DOD 7%, it's not bad. It's not negative. Right? But if you look at, you know, trends from previous years, these numbers were definitely different. But, you know, this is just a huge, you know, compilation of what has been happening, you know, in 2025, Doge, government shutdown, even before that. Right? Things that happened in 2024 had huge impacts on the next year. That's gonna be your policies, your compliance standards. You know, all those things really do take an effect on the next years to come. And that's also something I'm gonna be showing you a little bit later in my report as well. Alright. And then some pages I wanna show you to talk about that sec the second, you know, line item here connect, are, you know, taking a really great look at some of the top best in class vehicles, looking at, you know, last year of twenty twenty five's performance, taking that data and intel to make very great predictions and forecast for this 2026 cycle. So, you know, I'm detailing, you know, many of the really big vehicles here, what their ceilings are, who their top twenty twenty five buyers were, specifically looking at agencies, and even some sub agencies here. And then looking at their top prime, so these are, you know, their top large business winners, even some small. We take a look. You know, we got some women owned small business, some JVs, some service disabled owned small businesses. We got all kinds in here. So, you know, when you're looking at the top primes, you might think, you know, hey, Booz Allen, GE IT, you have, you know, billions of dollars in revenue every year. They're probably winning the most of, you know, whatever contract vehicle. That's not really the case if you look into it. Right? A lot of these top winners are small businesses. They're the large, you know, breakout stars for JVs. So when you're looking at that, you know, it's really positive insight that, you know, hey. You can be a small business and still win millions of dollars on a vehicle and win, you know, possibly the majority of the vehicle. So, you know, for all of these vehicles, I detail, you know, hey. What happened in what happened last year? Who their top winners were? Highlighting some small businesses and then creating a really great market signal into what is gonna be happening with these vehicles for the next year to come. So we have, you know, stars three, alliance two, vets two. This is, you know, a top vehicle for those, small disabled veteran owned small business. It's, you know, a vehicle that caters directly to these types of small businesses. If you're not on that one and you're that type of business, I mean, you you really need to get on it, for this next year to come. They're talking about a, you know, reinvention of it for Vets three possibly in the future. We got NASA's soup in here, and that one is a huge one. Hundreds of awardees were awarded, you know, the last few years, 20,000,000,000 allocated to spend all through April this year. You know, looking at the breakout stars and the top winners, again, small businesses. I detail exactly what is gonna be happening here, what agencies you can look to, what the handoff is gonna be, and some, you know, timeline. The c I o s p three, there's two durations of it. Right? You got the unrestricted large business pool of it. You also have the small business pool. These are gonna be extended through April year. I detail, you know, some of the high hitters here. Again, you know, when you're looking at it, some surprising small businesses that are winning millions on these awards. And I detail exactly what's gonna be happening with these two. I know these are probably the most, you know, flexible and kind of up their thoughts with you know, when you're thinking about where vehicles are gonna be. Because some come and go, and some stay here for twenty years. Right? We got GSA Polaris. We got Oasis plus. Again, this one has an unrestricted pool, but it also has, you know, few other pools that hit every single small business with no maximum ceiling. And, you know, for these three specifically, I do give you a link where you can look at every single winner, for all of these vehicles and every single pool of it. Those are gonna be hundreds, and I compiled them into a live link that you can check out within this report. And also detailing, you know, really great market insights for what you can expect to come through, you know, twenty thirty in some cases. We have enough data, you know, in our systems across all different kinds of federal government websites that, you know, allow you to build these predictive models, and, you know, using that as data driven insights to make those very, you know, high level decisions. Some of these vehicles have been around for a very long time. So, I mean, with the more data you have, the more insights you're able to put together here. And anyone can do this. Right? You just have to have the wanting and the knowledge to back it up and know where to go. Alright. And then, you know, I also talked about in my section here so connecting. So that's just, you know, again, aligning your strategies to what is happening. And a big part of that that I, you know, spoke about earlier was the FAR overhaul and also CMMC two point o. So this is, you know, a graphic that you could take today, screenshot out of this report, you know, and use it as you're making those decisions. Right? So far, you know, enablers, the four key variables here that really had an impact, last year and even, you know, a few days ago. This thing is changing, you know, every time I open up LinkedIn. Right? So we got these four things here, Doge, the one gov strategy, GSA MAS resizing, the executive agent authority, and the defense acquisition mod. So all these enablers right encompass what, you know, has been happening with farm, and I include, you know, a few pages that really detail this. The second one, as I mentioned, CMMC two point o. This is the new gatekeeper for what is gonna be happening this year for DOD contractors. Really cool infographic here showing you the different levels. Right? And really detailing, you know, hey. You should probably be on level three expert, you know, government led assessment, all these things for defense and intel contracts. Because, you know, one and two aren't gonna cut it in the space anymore. I include more information about, you know, all the things that came into building this two point o. Right? And, you know, great takeaway that, you know, this is the new price of admission. You really need to be achieving early certification, to be gaining, you know, the edge that you need to compete in the 2026 space of, you know, recompetes and tasks that are coming up, and expiring very soon. You know, you need to be working towards compliance, and always building on that. Right? Always doing research on what is happening in policy and with government. What are some things that might be trickling down next year, next month? How can, you know, we as a business prepare for the future of government contracting? Because there is so many changes happening all the time. Alright. And then, you know, the last thing here for this section is just taking, you know, a really good look at some powerhouse, merge and acquisitions. Right? So a big part of connecting with aligning your strategy is looking at, you know, not only the market, but what are my competitors doing? Who are the breakout stars? What are what is moving around in the market that I can use as intel to only make better decisions? Right? So, you know, I detail some of the huge players in here. You know, a lot of them had, you know, JVs that are spun off, subsidiaries, things like that. I detail, you know, who exactly they were working with, what the deal amount was. These are really interesting insights. If you know a company is willing to spend, you know, multiple, you know, hundreds of millions of dollars to create a JV, you know, what kind of contracts are they planning to go after? Right? Because, you know, SAIC, you know, is a large business. They might not be able to compete on, you know, vets too. But if they create a JV with that, you know, veteran owned small business, they can now compete on it. Right? So these are really great intel, you know, market signals of where these larger companies might be looking into competing in the near future. So a lot of these acquisitions, you know, were trickling over from 2024. Some of them happened, you know, earlier this year in January, a few months. I think some are planned. I got one here that, you know, is very close to being closed, things that happened, you know, in September. So, you know, businesses are really trying to expand their reach, and work with, you know, small businesses. So that might be you. And if it's not, you know, just take that into account with, you know, where the market is moving. Another piece here looking, you know, aligning your strategy is looking at where exactly the money is moving in the market. Right? So in the beginning, if you remember, I showed you, you know, where the money is moving versus agency and subagency. This is, you know, a similar look, but also just really detailing, you know, AI cloud and security. Looking at these key NAICS here, looking at those top winners per NAICS of last year, looking at, you know, some very interesting, emerging competitors. So these are gonna be, you know, teaming targets. These are your small businesses that were either working with these top contenders and primes, you know, getting some task orders, doing some subcontracting opportunities, or, you know, we're able to be primes. So, you know, if you click these links, it'll take you directly to this you know, each company's profile so you can see, you know, what are some other contracts they've won, where, you know, where they are on vehicles. Right? How many vehicles are they on? Where are they doing their business? Are they just AI? Or maybe they branched out into multiple sectors. Right? Really interesting insights. And then, you know, I'm also detailing what that means for you if you are, you know, looking to break out into AI cloud or service security, or you've been doing this for twenty years and you just wanna get, you know, a better feel of where the primes are, who I could potentially work with. So yeah. I mean, you you can really take this data and use it, you know, to your advantage. And then, you know, also just going back to contract vehicles. Alright. And then I do wanna leave some time for questions, so just keep putting those in the chat. We will get to as many as I possibly can. And, yeah, the last one here. So we talked about define, connect, win. So winning, you know, creating that go to market strategy, using all the data and intel. Right? Competitive market intelligence. Just, you know, all these things that I'm talking about today and using them to, you know, create that momentum you need to actually get on a vehicle, to actually win over recompete, to break down and do subcontracting, all these things. You know, creating that competitive advantage for yourself. You know, and especially if you are in the AR market, you know, I I dive into some really great insights here by agency looking at some market signals. You know, this is, you know, the compound annual growth rate over the last five years of where agencies have been spending. You know, I have a section on AI. I have a section on cloud. Last, cybersecurity. Right? This is gonna be your DHS for the most part. So, you know, I'm taking into account all of the policies that have been happening for the last year, looking at, you know, not only their spend, but, you know, percentages of the market share, things like that. Really doing drilling down and say, you know, how much to the dollar they spent last year using that data to forecast where they're gonna be this year, not only just looking at dollars, but policy and, you know, compliance standards and everything like that to give you, you know, a compound annual growth rate of, you know, anywhere from a positive to a negative number here and what that exactly means for you, right, if you're looking at this market signal, column here. And then the last page I wanna show you guys again, there's so much in this report. I'm really just detailing, you know, these really cool tables that I made. There's so many insights. You know, every page has a takeaway of what you need to consider with whatever topic it was. Lots of data tables, lots of, you know, infographics that you can screenshot. You know, this report is 60 pages long. There's a topic in there for everyone. So just, you know, I hope you find this interesting. And if you do, you know, share it because it might help someone else, Sam. So last one here, protest insights. You know, I know a lot of people love to talk about protests. So, you know, I am also one of those people, but I love to look at, you know, how many protests were there for agency, sub agency of the last year, what their sustained rate was, and what that means for the market. Right? Are people winning in court or people just, you know, winning a recompete or a contract and, you know, all is well. Right? So, you know, some key things here. We have DOD two thirty protest, only 1% of it sustained. Right? The VA two almost 300 protest, 0% of them sustained. So that, you know, that means there's, you know, very intuitive things going on here. You're not gonna win in corp. So you need to be, you know, upholding compliance, strategy, competitive, you know, intel insights, all those things. But, you know, it's really interesting to look at compared to, like, you know, the deal only eight, you know, 0% sustainment rate. So when you're, you know, really diving into protest data, it's a great resource to figure out what is happening in the market. And not only the market, but your competitors or maybe your business partners or, you know, future business partners. It's really great to see, you know, some very detailed insights of what is happening, you know, specifically in protests. Alright. And then, you know, the last thing here before we get into some questions is, you know, I keep mentioning this go to market road map strategy, and this is it right here. Within the report, I detail all of these six steps, a little bit more. You can see up here. But this is just a really great screenshot. You know, you can take this. Just really gives you the need to know what you need to be doing right now and why, and how it can really get you to where you wanna be, not only this year, this quarter, right, but the next years to come, no matter what kind of business you are, what kind of services you provide, or no matter where, you know, you fit in the market or what agencies you're working with right now. So, you know, after talking about define connect win, this is really where we land. Right? So this is a blend of, you know, being very precise and intentional using data to back up where you wanna be. The first one is gonna be detect the right buyers and opportunities. This is making sure that your capabilities match active budgets, what is happening in the market, and making sure that, you know, you're producing the right volume in pipeline that, you know, you're required to do and making sure that, you know, you're you're pivoting when priorities take place. Right? So this is a big thing of what we do at GovDash. Right? So not only do we align your capabilities to active opportunities that are out there, we tell you exactly why and how to, you know, increase your. The second one here, map to vehicles and budgets that move money within the report. You know, I do really detailed work on a lot of the really top contracting vehicles, your Oasis plus, your Soup, and looking at, you know, how much of the money is being spent through these specific channels, and, you know, giving you some people you can team with today. Right? Those small businesses or maybe even those large that are, you know, working to acquire, you know, companies right now. Vehicles aren't optional anymore, and that's, you know, something I I really wanna drive through this webinar. They're not optional. They're your access points. These are, you know, how you're gonna be breaking into winning more contracts, networking, becoming, you know, known for your services. Right? Becoming, you know, creating your profile for who you are as a company, who you know, your past performance, you know, just all of those things. These are gonna be, you know, those entry points. The third one, access growth through teams and partnerships. So this is, you know, really aligning, not isolating yourself, making sure, you know, you being known for the services and your past performance, and using that to your advantage. Fourth one, comply and stay competitive and reduce risk. So the way you can do that is by looking at, you know, top policies and compliance, you know, things that are coming on the pipeline, being ready to pivot at any moment, always having a backup strategy in mind for, you know, what is happening in the market, just being as best prepared as you can right now. The two main things are the FAR overall and the CNMC, especially if you're a DOD contractor. Fifth one, implement consistent capture and proposal story. So this is, you know, something we also help with at CutDash. It's not just submitting proposals and submitting the most proposals. Right? It's you're submitting proof, a detailed story line, you know, of what you're able to do, and why and why you should be picked ultimately. Right? It's a game of chance, but you can increase your p win by, you know, having a repeatable process, being able to pick those opportunities that are, you know, specific wins for you, being able to track and forecast, as more data comes out from the federal government. And the last one here, before we get to some questions, from you guys, is just, you know, evolve with data driven, go to market it to scale success. So, you know, looking at where you wanna bid, how to bid, when to bid, and who to build bid with. Right? So this is also something, you know, we had got to show you guys, you know, showing you how you can, you know, team, how to find those opportunities, how to close more opportunities, how to increase that p win. And, you know, all of this is really just a go to market strategy. Right? You're finding out the who, what, when, and why, and using that to really build a personalized strategy for yourself. Alright. So, you know, all of this to say we've covered so much. We've really done a deep dive into, you know, the 2026 timeline of the federal landscape. We've really detailed, you know, where dollars are going, what you can expect, connecting strategies to systems here. Right? We walk through that, you know, last part of the go to market strategy. And, you know, use all this to your advantage. Right? There's so many topics within here that I discussed, and so many that I didn't even have a chance to get into. Right? I mean, 60 page long report is has somewhat has something for everyone, very detailed insights. So, you know, if you find this interesting, I hope you join on future webinars, at GovDash where, you know, I'm gonna be talking about similar topics, but also referencing a lot of these different reports that I put out quarterly. And let's get into some questions here. Okay. Alrighty. So we have a lot of people joining today. It's really cool to see some familiar faces in here. Awesome. Alright. So, again, this report, the link is pinned at the very top of this chat here. It takes you right to the live report. The same view that I'm looking at is what you're gonna get if you click on this. You can also download it as a PDF. And, yeah, lots of really great insights here. Let's see. Awesome. Yeah. I see a lot of people in here connecting with each other. Put your LinkedIn in here. You know, this is what it's about. Right? Connecting people together with similar interests. Let's see. Thank you so much, Alyssa. It means a lot. Alright. Alright. Sam, it looks like some people are having some issues and trouble downloading your report. So if we can put the landing page in there, that would allow everyone to, get it a 100%. Let's see. Thank you so much. She's doing that right now. This new link is gonna take you to the download, where you can download that as a PDF and save it. Okay. Alright. So I'm seeing we're seeing some questions. We got ten minutes left. Let's see. Awesome. She just put the link in there. Cool. Alright. So let's cover some stuff I didn't have time to get to the main presentation here. Alright. So this is let's see. Yeah. This is a great point here. So this isn't a table I I had chance to talk to you guys about earlier. So this is, you know, looking at quarter one specifically, looking at five years to date all the way from 2021 till now, looking at how much in quarter one each of these agencies spent. And then looking at, you know, the compound rate for these agencies over five years, and also coming up with a really great data driven, insight into, know, where they're gonna be spending this quarter that we're in right now up until January where the quarter two twenty twenty six is gonna be starting. So you can see, you know, there's some positive negative numbers in here, some really crazy negative numbers. This is due, you know, to huge impacts of Doge, not only this year, but a lot of policies that are changing in the Department of State. Right? I mean, this is one of the agencies that's been hit with so many furloughs. It's almost hard to keep track of. Same thing with the treasury as well. Negative three, 63%, compared to, you know, a positive 17% department of energy. Really great insights here. Yeah. Also detailing, I wanna get to this, yeah, region. I, you know, talk about state level. A lot of people, you know, recognize and for the most part, this is true. Right? A lot of the government contracting, you know, those things are happening in DC and Virginia. You know, if you see it here, that is true. Right? 40,000,000,000. But we're looking at top contenders, you know, just last quarter alone. You know, you know, over a $100,000,000,000 in California and Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, New York. There's other key hitting states. Right? You don't always have to be in DC or Virginia. You know, Huntsville, Alabama is a great example. It's becoming, you know, a huge hub for cyber and cloud and AI. Let's see here. Yeah. Another section about makes. You know, if you wanna know more about, you know, these top five for one, if you wanna get very specific into, you know, engineering, computer design, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and more professional services. Right? All of these NAICS codes that, you know, are huge drivers for those key vehicles I talked about. I really dive deeply into how much was spent on these NAICS codes last year, what percent of the market. Right? You could see we got some really crazy third over 30% of the market was spent on these two NAICS codes alone. That's huge when you're looking at, you know, other ones that aren't here, maybe some of those, you know, six four one, six one one construction, things like that. When you're looking at a huge 30% of the market, I mean, that's really crazy insights. And then also, you know, every single table in this report, I detail, you know, not only data because anyone can get that, but transforming it into what that means for you right now, into that market signal. Alright. Let's check for any questions here. Alright. Looks like you guys are able to download the report. It is working. Awesome. If you like this report, you know, check on the GovDash website. I put out reports quarterly, to this extent, you know, very large reports that are covering so many different topics where there is truly something for everyone here. So I'm gonna end this webinar, you know, just saying thank you guys so much for being here. I I, you know, this is a passion of mine. I truly love providing, you know, data driven insights for, you know, teaming and consulting and things like that. We've covered so much today. You know, just look forward to future webinars, not only within GovDash, but I will also be at, you know, APMP's AI twenty five next Thursday, giving, you know, a similar talk, but really diving deeply into AI. So if that interests you, I look forward to connecting there as well. But, you know, just always be ready to pivot, and thank you guys so much for.
